Mayank Agarwal slams a ton as India A Beat England Lions by 102 runs

Mayank Agarwal continued his stellar run as he smashed yet another ton to help India A beat England Lions by 102 runs in the third match of the Tri-nation ‘A’ series.
While batting, Agarwal scored 112, Shubman Gill scored 72 and Hanuma Vihari scored 69.
Gill opened the innings as Prithvi Shaw was rested for the match.

Agarwal has now registered three tons to his name at the Grace Road ground- 151 retd out against Leicestershire, 112 against West Indies A and 112 against the Lions.
He scored 112 in 104 balls which comprised of 10 boundaries and four sixes while Gill’s knock included 10 boundaries and a six.
They stitched a partnership of 165 runs for the opening stand.
On the bowling front, Thakur along with left arm-arm pacer Khaleel Ahmed and Prasidh Krishna ran through the batting attack of England.
Moreover, spinners Krunal Pandya, Krishnappa Gowtham and Hoodda also took one wicket each to bowl out England Lions for 2017 in 41.3 overs.
