The wrist spinners, in general, are considered as an aggressive wicket-taking option irrespective of the formats. A left-arm chinaman is even more special as they are rare breeds who give a whole new dimension to the bowling attack with their unique angle and variety.
Kuldeep Yadav not 100%?
The latest reports revealed some shocking news that Kuldeep Yadav has not been 100% fit and he is carrying an injury in his bowling shoulder from the day the Team India landed in New Zealand, which also made him sit out of the whole of the 5-match T20I series. The reports also stated that Kuldeep bowled for the first time on February 4th, a day before the start of the 1st ODI. The Indian management has been trying its best to hide the news so that they don’t want to add Kuldeep to the already never-ending list of injured players.
The chinaman who made his debut in the year 2017 ran through the sides with his unique angle and accuracy. Yadav was brought into the team just after India’s heartbreaking loss to Pakistan in the 2017 champions trophy finals. Kuldeep Yadav was highly successful in almost all the formats of the game and bowled well in the overseas tours. Kuldeep Yadav took a 5-fer in all the formats of the game in his short span of a career. The chinaman has 2 hat-tricks under his belt in the 50-over format which is nothing short of a spectacle.
In the last 5 ODIs, Kuldeep has been poor and the batsmen were able to play him without any discomfort.

Indian management battling with injuries
The workload management is a major concern for the Indian players off late. The BCCI has been scheduling international matches in a hectic manner which keeps the Indian players on their toes and as a result, most of their front line players ruled out with injuries for a longer period of time. The list started with Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Deepak Chahar, Hardik Pandya and the latest to join in the list is India’s marque player Rohit Sharma.
The #1 limited-overs bowler Jasprit Bumrah also made his comeback very recently after his side strain kept him out of the game for about 5 months.
BCCI is one of the richest boards in the international cricket going around and it is disturbing news that they cannot handle the workload of the players.
