Pat Cummins KKR vs SRH IPL 2022: In a big news development, Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) senior paceman Pat Cummins is not playing the today Indian Premier League (IPL 2022) match against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune. It has been a difficult IPL 2022 campaign for the Shreyas Iyer-led Kolkata Knight Riders as they have managed to win 5 out of their 12 matches.

Ahead of the important match against Sunrisers Hyderabad, Kolkata Knight Riders came up with a huge official announcement that Pat Cummins has been ruled out for the remainder of the tournament with a minor hip injury. Incidentally, it was also revealed that the Australian speedster was carrying the niggle throughout this T20 competition and now has travelled back home to complete his rehabilitation process. However, Cummins’ absence might not be a big loss for KKR as they have slim chances of qualifying for the IPL 2022 playoffs.
