Pollard’s mankading warning to Shikhar Dhawan
The mankading incident of Ashwin and Buttler got viral in the IPL 2019 and all the bowlers have been using their advantage to give warning to the batsmen to stay at their crease until the bowler is delivered. In the match between Mumbai Indians and Delhi Capitals, one such incident happened. It was the 10th over of the DC innings when Pollard was bowling and Shikhar Dhawan was at the non-striker end. The batsman was casually making his movement towards the other end, at the moment when the bowl was being delivered. Pollard immediately noticed and stopped to give a warning to Shikhar Dhawan about mankading him the next time.
