All the rumours and the cluster of suspenses doing the rounds were finally put to rest as the star pair of Indian fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah and sports presenter Sanjana Ganesan finally tied the knot in an intimate wedding ceremony that lasted for two days from March 14 to 15 in Goa. Prior to the marriage, there were loads of rumours doing the rounds including the big speculation of Bumrah reportedly getting linked with South Indian actress Anupama Parameswaran, but the actress’ mother quashed all the reports. Both Bumrah and Sanjana refrained from making any advance announcements and surprisingly, they successfully managed to keep their relation away from the public eye.

The pictures of the auspicious wedding ceremony were shared by the couple and after the news being official, loads of pictures and videos from the event in Goa went viral on the social media. Incidentally, in one picture, the lovely bride Sanjana was seen flaunting her Mehendi while wearing a lime green outfit, but the thing which caught the eyeballs was the logo of the ICC World Cup made on her hand. Therefore, fans have come to a conclusion that the exciting love story between Bumrah and Sanjana had started during the ICC World Cup 2019.

Jasprit Bumrah to return in action during IPL 2021
India’s premier speedster Jasprit Bumrah took a break from the cricketing field as he had requested the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) to release him from the Indian squad for the fourth and final Test match against England. He was given rest for the ongoing five-match T20I series as well and is continued to stay out for the 3 ODIs. Bumrah will now be seen in action during the 14th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) where he will be leading the pace bowling attack for the Mumbai Indians (MI). IPL 2021 will kickstart with the opening clash between defending champions Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) on April 9 in Chennai.
