Indian pace bowler Ishant Sharma’s old habit of bowling no-balls has once again landed him in trouble. After being deprived of wickets due to his no-balls at Adelaide, Ishant failed to learn from his mistake and bowled a no-ball again in the second Test. This has irked fans and they are trolling him on Twitter.

The story of Ishant and his no-balls

The Indian pace bowler has a history of overstepping the line. This habit has costed him dearly in the past. In the first Test too he had dismissed Aaron Finch but it was a no-ball and it saved the batsman.

Kohli had even remarked that Sharma was pissed off on himself for bowling the no-balls. But it seems that he hasn’t yet learned from his mistakes as he once again over-stepped on the first day of the second Test.

And this has made fans angry and they trolled the Indian pacer for his love affair with no-balls.

After the first Test, a video clipping of Ishant’s bowling was circulating in the social media in which it is seen that the pace bowler bowled a lot of no-balls which were not called by the umpire.

In the second Test at Perth, India’s strategy to field a bowling attack of four pacers hasn’t worked for India so far. The home team kept India wicket-less in the first session to gain the advantage on a surface which is predicted to crack after a couple of days of courtesy of intense heat.

India got the first breakthrough after lunch as Jasprit Bumrah sent back Aaron Finch. But Marcus Harris has looked solid, keeping India at bay.
