“Archer will now step up his training regime starting next week and will be in full training with Sussex. The ECB will confirm which matches he is expected to play in due course,” a statement from ECB read.

Ben Stokes Injury:

As mentioned, RR are also without the services of England all-rounder Ben Stokes. The 29-year-old fractured his finger while fielding in Rajasthan Royals opening IPL 2021 game against Punjab Kings this ruling him out of the entire IPL 2021 campaign.
