Chris Morris No Look Six: Match 7 of the Indian Premier League was another last-over thriller in which Rajashan Royals managed to register their first win in the IPL 2021. In the last league match against Punjab kings, they fell short by 4 runs, but this time they snatched a win off the jaws of the Delhi Capitals team. In the 1st half of the match, Delhi Capitals scored a total of 147 that seemed too low for ground like Wankhede. The experienced bowler Jaydev Undadkat picked 3 wickets in his comeback game. The variation of the bowlers was taken to full use in this match due to the sticky behaviour of the pitch.

The Rajasthan Royals team did not get off to a good start while chasing down a total of 148 and lost 3 wickets in the powerplay overs. Then, Miller and Tewatia stabilized the team in the middle-overs. After Tewatia’s dismissal, David Miller unleashed himself and hit 2 sixes to push back the momentum to RR’s side. After his wicket, only Chris Morris was left as a regular batsman and had to play his heart out to win the match for the team. In the 19th over of RR innings, Rabada was hit for 15 runs, courtesy of Chris Morris’s two sixes. In a total, he hit 4 sixes and the longest one being the no-look shot. The RR team then won the match when they needed 12 off 6 balls.
