Daniel Sams IPL : The pandemic is causing trouble to the economy and people’s lives. After imposing a lockdown last year, the situation normalized after the month of September. But, in the month of March, the second wave of covid has been dangerous and many ministers, as well as cricketers, are testing positive. After playing the Road Safety series in Raipur, the players like Sachin, Yusuf, Badrinath, and Irfan Pathan tested positive. Then while coming into the team camp in the IPL, players like Nitish Rana, Axar Patel, and Devdutt Padikkal, and Daniel Sams contracted the virus. While the Australian pace bowler Josh Hazlewood opted out of the competition due to the rising cases in the country.
Daniel Sams joins RCB camp for IPL 2021
The Australian all-rounder Daniel Sams has returned covid negative for the consecutive second time and has joined the team camp. He was tested just before the start of the season and was found to be positive. Then he followed a 10-day quarantine under the supervision of the team’s medical staff.
The RCB in an official statement said, “We are pleased to inform that Royal Challengers Bangalore, all-rounder Daniel Sams, has joined the RCB bio-bubble on 17th April 2021 with negative reports for COVID-19,”
“RCB medical team was in constant touch with Sams to ensure his safety and declared him fit to join the team after all the required examinations as part of the BCCI protocols.” RCB management added.

Can Daniel Sams play RCB vs KKR IPL match
The RCB team played with 4 overseas players in their last league match, Ab de Villiers, Glenn Maxwell, and Kyle Jamieson. Daniel Christian has not made an impact yet, and Daniel Sams can be a good contender due to his good form in the BBL 2020/21.
