As we get closer to the start of this year’s IPL, fans will be looking forward to see how their favourite teams perform. Meanwhile, Indian team management will be having their eyes on certain players this season as T20 world cup is just around the corner. We take a look at five players for whom IPL 2020 will be critical for their future in T20 world cup.
Ravindra Jadeja
If you are fresh from his recent heroics, one would say that Ravindra Jadeja is certain in world cup side but his returns are not consistent in this format. He contributes in all department of the game but it will difficult for Indian team management to fit him with Hardik Pandya and Yuzvendra Chahal around. With his experience and big match abilities, he just needs a good IPL to confirm his spot in world cup squad.
Shivam Dube
This Mumbai all-rounder has got a decent run in T20 format recently on International stage in the absence of Hardik Pandya. But he has not taken the world by storm by any means. His performances are nowhere enough to seal his spot when Hardik Pandya comes back. He will be cracking it up for RCB this season to capture the eyes of national selectors.
