The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the Annual Player Contracts for Team India (Senior Men) for the 2022-23 season. The contracts have been divided into four grades – A+, A, B, and C, with each grade having a different payment structure.

The top tier, A+ grade, includes only three players – captain Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, and Jasprit Bumrah, who will earn INR 7 crore (approximately USD 940,000) for the period of October 2022 to September 2023. The A grade includes nine players who will earn INR 5 crore (approximately USD 670,000), while the B grade includes five players who will earn INR 3 crore (approximately USD 400,000). The remaining players in the squad are in the C grade, and they will earn INR 1 crore (approximately USD 134,000) during the same period.
