Indian cricket has been terrific in the limited-overs tournament for the past few years but they have achieved new highs by reaching the finals of the World Test Championship. Tim Paine’s excuse for Series loss

The Australia test captain Tim Paine has been trolled by the Indian cricket fans after he provided an excuse for a home series loss against India early in the year. He reiterated the fact that the Indian team distracted the Australian side ahead of the 4th test match at Gabba. Below is the statement was given by Paine regarding the Indian team.

“Part of the challenge of playing against India is they’re very good at niggling you and trying to distract you with stuff that doesn’t really matter and there were times in that series where we fell for that. The classic example was when they said they weren’t going to the Gabba so we didn’t know where we were going. They’re very good at creating these sideshows and we took our eye off the ball,” Paine was quoted as saying by news.com.au.
