India vs New Zealand 1st T20I Match Preview:
Virat Kohli’s captaincy in limited overs cricket has divided opinion for a while. With no major silverware to show for, some fans and pundits have been quite vocal about his skills as a skipper. Its all in the past now and a new morning has dawned. Rohit Sharma will be leading the side and former India great Rahul Dravid is the head coach.
Several key stars including Virat Kohli, Jasprit Bumrah, and Ravindra Jadeja have been rested. It is well deserved considering they play all formats and those bio bubbles must have taken their toll. Several bright youngsters who excelled in the IPL are in the lineup and will be looking to make their debut. Fans will be eager to see the likes of Ruturaj Gaikwad and Venkatesh Iyer.

New Zealand are everyone’s second favorite side. The Kiwis suffered yet another World Cup heartbreak in the finals, losing to their Trans Tasman rivals. Less than three days in, and they are in the subcontinent for a tough battle. The Black Caps are without Kane Williamson who has been rested and Devon Conway who injured his hand recently. You can bet good money on them to once again punch above their weight and show an unparalleled fighting spirit.
