India vs England 4th T20I: Who has Suryakumar Yadav replaced in India’s XI?

Suryakumar Yadav : Once again Indian captain Virat Kohli could not have the flip of the coin going in his favour as England won the toss and opted to bowl first in the India vs England 4^th T20I at the Narendra Modi Stadium. India are currently trailing 1-2 in the five-match T20I series against England and need to win this game in order to keep the series alive. England thrashed India by 8 wickets in the 3^rd T20I match after brilliant performances from Mark Wood and Jos Buttler.

Suryakumar Yadav replaces Ishan Kishan

After losing his third toss in this series, Virat Kohli-led Indian team will once again be batting first and they have made two changes to their playing XI from the previous game. During the toss, Virat mentioned that Ishan Kishan is forced to sit out for this game due to a niggle which he sustained while fielding in the last match and Suryakumar Yadav will be replacing him. After not getting to bat in his debut match, it will be a huge opportunity for Suryakumar to showcase his incredible talent at the international level in this pressure series decider for India.

“It doesn’t have to be a do or die situation for you to bring your best on the field. Batting and bowling is easier, fielding is a selfless act. You really need to be in the best frame of mind to give fully. One forced change and one to give an opportunity: Rahul Chahar is going to get a chance to play in place of Yuzvendra Chahal. And Ishan Kishan has a niggle from when he dived at fine leg the other night so Suryakumar Yadav comes in for him,” said Indian captain Virat Kohli during the toss.

India vs England: Rahul Chahar comes in for Yuzvendra Chahal

Apart from Suryakumar’s return, India have brought in young leggie Rahul Chahar in place of Yuzvendra Chahal in order to experiment with their options ahead of the T20 World Cup 2021. Chahal has conceded a lot of runs in the England vs India T20I series so far and thus, Chahar will have a great opportunity to present his case.
