India vs Bangladesh, T20 World Cup 2022: The Rohit Sharma-led Indian men’s cricket team is set to face Bangladesh as their next assignment in the ongoing T20 World Cup in Australia. The game will be played at the Adelaide Oval in Adelaide on Wednesday (November 2), at 1:30 PM (IST).
The Indian side cherished their first two victories against Pakistan (October 23) and the Netherlands (October 27). However, they lost against South Africa in Perth (October 30).

However, the Adelaide weather, on Wednesday, is predicted to hover around 10° celcius. There will be a 50% chance of rain, according to the Weather Channel. The winds will flow at a speed of 15 to 30 km/h. There will be 81% humidity in the air, during the local match time in Perth (06:30 PM ACDT).
Overall, there will be a few chances of rain, interrupting India vs Bangladesh game.
T20 World Cup 2022: India lose against South Africa in the final over-thriller
Before heading into India vs Bangladesh derby, India faced South Africa. Although, the Proteas pace lineup didn’t let the Indian batters sustain for long. It was only Suryakumar Yadav, India’s man in form, who scored 68 runs in 40 deliveries; he smashed three sixes and six fours. India, with the help of Yadav’s knock, put on a relatively low total of 133 for nine. For South Africa, Lungi Ngidi captured four wickets.
In reply, the South African to order too, fell against tricky spells of Arshdeep Singh and Mohammed Shami. Nonetheless, South African middle-order batters Aiden Markram and David Miller built a 76-run partnership. Markram scored 52 runs, while Miller remained unbeaten on 59, to guide their side to a victory. South Africa won the game by five wickets.
India aim to seal a semi-final spot
Besides, the Indian men will be keen to move further with a victory against the Bangladeshi men. They are placed in the second position in the points table. Meanwhile, South Africa have reserved the top spot, until now. Further, India are yet to play Zimbabwe (November 6) at Melbourne, as per their group-stage schedule.
