India’s tour of Bangladesh Schedule, Dates and Details

India to tour Bangladesh: Team India will be soon be seen back in action for a packed 2021 schedule. However, they will have plenty of games in 2022 as well, with one of their tours being to Bangladesh in November. As per recent reports, Virat Kohli and his men will be competing for two Tests and three ODIs, later next year. The last time Team India visited Bangladesh was back in 2015, where it was just the one Test, and three ODIs.
BAN and IND to lock horns in 2022
It wasn’t a tour to remember for the Indians, as the one off Test ended as a draw. Meanwhile, the ODI series, went in favor of Bangladesh by 2 -1. Since then, it’s usually been the Bangladesh team who have been to India more often. One of the tours was in 2017 for a one off Test, while the other came in 2019, as both teams contested in two Test and three T20Is.
England, also have to take part in a T20I and an ODI series in Bangladesh, right before the ICC T20 World Cup. The likes of New Zealand, Pakistan, Afghanistan and West Indies will be squaring off in Bangladesh soon after.
Talking about the Indian team, their first frontier post the first half of the IPL 2021, will be against the New Zealand for the ICC World Test Championship Final. It will be a match of huge significance, as the winners will be the first ones to lift the title. The WTC Final between India and New Zealand will be held at the Rose Bowl Stadium, and is scheduled for June 18 to 28.

Virat Kohli and his men will then be up against England for a five match Test series that starts in August and ends mid September. The Indian cricket team will be traveling to the United Kingdom on June 2, but as per protocol, they’ll be quarantining in Mumbai from May 19.
