India’s tour of South Africa 2023 commenced with the T20I series that ended 1-1. It will be followed by three ODIs and subsequently, India faces the hosts in a Boxing Day Test starting on December 26, concluding the tour with the second and final Test, beginning on January 3.

The BCCI has confirmed KL Rahul will lead India’s ODI team for the upcoming tour in South Africa.

The bowling department sees the inclusion of Arshdeep Singh, Mukesh Kumar, Yuzvendra Chahal, and Deepak Chahar, while Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Siraj, and Mohammed Shami have been rested.
