The match was stopped midway due to the heavy rains that lashed the Premadasa Stadium, Colombo. Can Sri Lanka team avoid whitewash?
The Indian team is in a steady position with 147/3 at the end of 23 overs. At the crease, Suryakumar Yadav and Manish Pandey are present who have the capability to stabilize and maintain run-rate. Then Rana and Hardik are talented players and would look to replicate their T20 form in this match.
Then the Sri Lanka batsmen have to face bowlers like Navdeep Saini and Rahul Chahar, that may be a hard task due to the sheer talent of both the bowlers. But Shanaka and Arslanka will have to perform well to boost the confidenc eand avoid whitewash.
