IND vs NZ, 1st Test Live Score India 82/1 at Lunch on Day 1: India start the Day Well

The 1st Test between India and New Zealand is underway at Kanpur and the Indian team has been steady in the first session. The Indian team are without their key players like Virat Kohli and Jasprit Bumrah, and Rishabh Pant. While the New Zealand team are without Trent Boult and Devon Conway. But, the both teams have credible players in their ranks. The Indian team is led by AJinkya Rahane and Kane Williamson captains the Blackcaps.
Indian Team Steady in First Session
After the New Zealand bowlers tested the Indian openers, the team has been impressive until the end of the 1st session. Shubman Gill and Mayank Agarwal started cautiously, but Kyle Jamieson took the nick of the latter for a score of 13 runs. Then Cheteshwar Pujara has been impressive with his composure and has scored 15 runs, while Shubman Gill has hit half century and will look to continue the same momentum. India are currently at 82/1 until the end of the first session.

For the New Zealand team, Kyle Jamieson was exceptional with the new ball and was only wicket taker in the first session.
Can India continue their momentum in 2nd Session?
The Indian team have produced impressive performances with the bat in the first session. Although Mayank Agarwal fell early, the players like Shubman Gill and Cheteshwar Pujara have been terrific with their solid technique and ability to play out the key bowlers. The next to bat for the home team will be Ajinkya Rahane and Shreyas Iyer, with the latter making his test debut. It will certainly be interesting to see the approach of Indian team in this session.

For the New Zealand team, it will be the spinners like Rachin Ravindra and Ajaz Patel, who have to take wickets and put New Zealand team in front seat.
