The Indian team captain Virat Kohli was dismissed on a duck just before the completion of the 1st session in India vs England 2nd test match. This was Moeen Ali’s first test wicket since August 2019 which will give him confidence ahead in the test match. The Indian team had a score of 106/3 until the end of 1st session.

Changes in the IND vs ENG Playing XI
The England team has made 4 changes for the 2nd Test, with Stuart Broad and Olly Stone coming in place of Anderson and Jofra Archer. While Foakes and Ali replaced Buttler and Bess. Until the lunch session, Olly Stone and Ali picked a wicket each, while Leach continued his good form with the ball.
The Indian team made 3 changes for the 2nd test match after losing the 1st match by 227 runs. Axar Patel will be helpful in both departments. While, Siraj who performed well in the Australia series has returned, and Kuldeep Yadav has finally made it to the Playing XI and might be an X-factor for the team.
The Indian team would require an extra effort from the bowlers if they have to level the series.
