India vs England test series is getting interesting due to the off-field controversies. The series has been drawn 1-1 until the end of 2 test matches. For India, the most notable contribution has come from Ashwin who has been superlative in the batting as well as bowling department. While Rohit and Virat have played well to help the team in crucial situations. Not to forget, the performance of Axar Patel was impressive in his debut test match. For the England team, Joe Root hit a double century in the first test match but faltered in the second test. The form of all-rounder Ben Stokes and opener Rory Burns is a worry sign for the visiting team. The bowlers, Jofra Archer and James Anderson are expected to make a comeback in the third test match.

Twitterati troll Michael Vaughan for Supporting Rohit Sharma
Rohit Sharma, who scored 161 runs in the first innings of the second test match spoke at the media interaction that all the teams make full use of their home conditions. The former England captain was happy during the 1st test match, but in the 2nd test match, had a shot at the pitch curators for choosing to prepare a spin-friendly pitch that better suited the Indian players. He was trolled for supporting Rohit Sharma in Twitter without understanding the whole context.
“Every team makes full use of their home advantage. When we go out, the same happens there as well, they don’t think about us. So, why should we think about anyone?. What we like and what is our team’s preference, we should do that… this is what home or away advantage is all about,” Rohit was quoted as saying during an interaction with the media.
“Otherwise, take out the home and away advantage away and play cricket without it. Tell ICC to make a rule, setting identical norms for pitches in India and outside,” Rohit added.
After the BCCI official handle posted a video of the interaction which was in Hindi, Vaughan was trolled for replying “Totally agree”. The series of tweets went on with the people targeting the statements made by him during the 2nd test match.
Look who just agreed ?

What lies ahead in Pink-ball IND vs ENG test match?
The 3rd test will be a pink-ball test match and we can witness the pace battery in full flow. For the Indian team, Kuldeep Yadav can pave way for Bumrah in the team. The Indian team can have a trio of pacers, Ishant-Bumrah- Yadav in the playing XI, keeping Ashwin and Axar as the back-up options. Although, Siraj was impressive, Yadav can be included due to his experience. One of the main factors to consider is dew which can be excessive in the evenings.
