Mark Wood bowls a brute to dismiss Rahul for another duck

KL Rahul bowled: It has been another underwhelming show for opening batsman K.L. Rahul as he got dismissed for yet another duck. It was fast bowler Mark Wood who kicked off proceedings for England and bowled a beauty of an in-swinger to get Rahul out bowled.

The speedster missed out the second T20I, and his absence was clearly evident as the the Indians cruised their way to a comprehensive seven-wicket win. As for K.L. Rahul, things are looking bleak at the moment, and he might have to settle for the bench in the next T20I making way for Shikhar Dhawan.

The series at the moment is in level terms by a 1-1 score line, and a win for either side will prove to be pivotal in terms of claiming the Paytm Trophy.

There have been plenty of chopping and changing in the Indian camp lately, with vice captain Rohit Sharma back in the playing eleven. Suryakumar Yadav misses out the ongoing T20I, and might have to wait it out before he gets another opportunity in the field.
