IND vs ENG: Ishan Kishan, Suryakumar debut; Why isn’t Rohit Sharma playing 2nd T20I?

Suryakumar debut : The England Tour of India started last month and has garnered a lot of interest among the people. The first two test matches were played in Chennai, where the last two were played at Ahmedabad. Both the venues sparked criticism for the pitch used in the series. The ICC deemed the 3rd Test pitch as “average”, which means that it was nothing unusual in the pitch. No demerits point will be used against the Indian team in the World Test Championship. In the T20I series, the England team won the first match. The Indian team looked out of sorts and will need to pull up their socks.
Suryakumar Yadav Debut
The Indian team welcomes two players, Suryakumar Yadav and Ishan Kishan who will be making their international debut. They were rewarded for their terrific performances in the domestic circuit as well as the IPL. The inclusion of Suryakumar Yadav was long due as he was consistently performing for the past few years for the Mumbai Indians. While Ishan Kishan also performed well in the last IPL season, which helped him to get the place in this series.

The hit-man Rohit Sharma was again excluded from the squad in the 2nd T20I. There were reports that he was rested for a couple of games due to the stress of bio-bubble protocol in the past few months. But, it remains to be seen if he is a part of the Indian team in the next matches as the T20 World Cup is scheduled later in the year.

ENG vs IND: Who will win 2nd T20I?
The Indian team picked an important wicket of Jos Buttler in the first over of the match. Then, Jason Roy and Dawid Malan have tried to reconstruct the innings The players who will be important for them will be Morgan and Archer for the remaining part of the match.
The Indian team will expect bowlers to contain the England batsmen to a low score. Then, Iyer and Pandya will form a vital cog in the batting department.
