However, India has registered a mammoth total of 224 runs in their 20 overs courtesy some sensational knock from the top-order batsmen.

Suryakumar Yadav smokes Adil Rashid for an incredible six
After playing an outstanding innings of 57 runs off 31 balls in his maiden innings in international cricket, Suryakumar Yadav confidently took on the England bowlers from the word go in the fifth and final T20I match. Suryakumar smashed England leg-spinner Adil Rashid for a gigantic six down the ground in the 10th over after which captain Virat Kohli who was at the non-striker’s end was even seen mocking the bowler.
After being hit for two back-to-back sixes in that over, eventually, it was Rashid who dismissed Suryakumar in the final over of his spell courtesy of an extraordinary effort in the field from Chris Jordan. The Mumbai right-hander played a crucial cameo knock of 32 runs off 17 balls which included 3 fours and 2 sixes.

IND vs ENG: Will England be able to chase down the massive total?
India’s senior opener Rohit Sharma finally came back in form with excellent innings of 64 runs off 34 balls and was also involved in an impressive 94-run opening partnership with Virat Kohli. The Indian captain contributed with wonderful unbeaten innings of 80 runs off 52 balls while Hardik Pandya smashed a quick-fire 39 runs off 17 deliveries to propel India to an imposing total of 224 for 2 in a must-win clash. It will be difficult for England to chase down this massive total in the pressure series decider.
