India vs England: Prasidh Krishna makes his ODI debut
Alongside Krunal, Prasidh Krishna has also been included in India’s playing XI for the first ENG vs IND ODI game in Pune. India have also made some surprising selections in the first ODI against England as the duo of KL Rahul and Kuldeep Yadav have been preferred over the likes of Rishabh Pant and Yuzvendra Chahal. Incidentally, in India’s last ODI assignment in Australia, Kuldeep replaced Chahal in the final ODI match. While after a dismal show in the recently concluded T20I series, Rahul will be aiming to do well in this important game against the defending World Cup champions England. India will be looking to set a big total on a good batting wicket in Pune.
