After plenty of discussions and excitement, we are at the Gabba to kickstart the much-awaited Australia versus India series. The home team is without their two best players while the visitors have recently drubbed Windies. However, even then the Australian conditions make this series a challenge for Kohli and his men. And when the Indian team will take the field on November 21, these three players could probably hold answers to these challenges.
#3. Krunal Pandya-
With the focus on big players, Krunal Pandya might be the one player to emerge as the silent warrior. One key reason why he is an important player is because of the roles he plays in the team.
His left-arm spin will be used as the fifth-bowling option which means he has four overs with him to make an impact and he will also bat in the middle order which gives him the chance to add some quick and crucial runs.
#2. Shikhar Dhawan-
One of the pillars of India’s batting unit, Dhawan recovered from a rare lean patch in white-ball cricket by smashing a match-winning knock against Windies in the 3rd T20I.
Dhawan loves surfaces where the ball comes on to the bat and heĀ also prefers pace. These things will certainly help him in Australia.

#1. Virat Kohli-
There is no prize for guessing the most important player for India in this match. The Indian skipper Virat Kohli will have all the eyes on him when he arrives at the crease on November 21 and there are plenty of reasons behind it.

He has scored the most runs in white ball cricket in this year and he is looking to further stamp his dominance in world cricket.
Currently, the Indian batsman has no such weakness in the shorter format of the game and hence his wicket will be the biggest challenge for Aussie bowlers.
