If there was any team that had the ability to stop India’s winning run. It was England. Dhoni’s approach in the last few overs however was baffling. ?

.@sanjaymanjrekar termed MS Dhoni’s approach in the death overs as ‘baffling’ ?
The former India captain and @JadhavKedar contributed only 39 runs from the last 31 balls, when the required run rate was fairly steep ?

Kohli came to Dhoni’s defence
Virat Kohli said in the interview that the wicket got slower towards the end of the game which made scoring a little difficult for MS Dhoni.
“I think MS was trying really hard to get the boundary but it wasn’t coming off. They bowled in good areas and the ball was stopping, hence it was difficult to bat towards the end,” Kohli said after the game finished.
