2. Rassie van der Dussen – 65.65

Rassie van der Dusssen is considered as next big thing in South African cricket. The right-hander has the second-highest average in ODI, which reveals his mettle as a player. He has scored 3985 runs in the 50-over format at an average of 56.92, which is the fourth-highest average in ODI. His tally of 3985 runs includes 17 half-centuries and 11 centuries.

5. Michael Bevan – 53.58

One of the greatest finishers to have played the game of cricket, Michael Bevan has the fifth-highest average in ODI. The left-hander many times bailed his team out of trouble and put them in a comfortable position. The Aussie batter played 232 One Day Internationals and in those matches, he amassed 6912 runs to go with six centuries and 46 half-centuries.
