Over the years the IPL has produced many one season wonder players and many players who have done great all throughout the 12 year history of the tournament. Hardik’s all time IPL 11
During this quarantine period, a lot of cricketers and experts have picked their own IPL all-time XIs and the Mumbai Indians all-rounder Hardik Pandya has joined that list now. The multiple times IPL winner picked the undeniable GOAT of a T20 batsman Chris Gayle as the first opener in the team which is a no brainer really but to partner him Hardik chose his MI captain Rohit Sharma. In that he said –“ 3 will be Virat. I am going on pure IPL records. 4 will be De Villiers and No5 will be Suresh Raina”. Suresh Raina is Mr.IPL for many of the experts and fans and it’s hard to ignore him from this elite list.
MS Dhoni – the captain and Wk
Hardik Pandya picked the all time great MS Dhoni as his captain and Wk ahead of most successful IPL captain Rohit. Then he himself was an all rounder in the side funnily although it was suggested by Harsha Bhogle to pick himself. Then the two spinners Sunil Narine and Rashid Khan were picked. To finish off the 11 it was the pair of Mumbai Indians fast bowlers who all also all time greats and multiple times champions in Lasith Malinga and Jasprit Bumrah.
Hardik Pandya’s XI: Chris Gayle, Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Ab de Villiers, Suresh Raina, MS Dhoni, Hardik Pandya, Sunil Narine, Rashid Khan, Jasprit Bumrah, Lasith Malinga.
