Dhoni Not a Captain who tells what to do – Harbhajan Singh
Talking to the Cricket Monthly, Harbhajan Singh said,
Dhoni is not such a captain, what he says, do this, he wants that you do what you can do. You can do 6 offspinners right there. What this boy is doing and will do, but he never tells me what you have to do.
Harbhajan Singh gave an example of a match and said, “During the IPL, the match was being played in Pune, in that match Shardul Thakur was proving to be expensive, I went to Dhoni, I said why not tell him that he is using his balls.” Angle change or fielders should be reversed. In response to this, Dhoni said to me, “If I say something to Shardul in this situation, Bhaju will be confused, let him eat fours and sixes.”

Regarding Rohit Sharma’s captaincy Harbhajan Singh said,
Rohit Sharma also gives his bowlers a lot of leeway during the match, but he always thinks about the wicket, he never bowles to you. If you want an attacking fielding, then he will put an aggressive fielding for you, whether the ball is spinning or not, Rohit will give you a fielder in the slip. There have been many times when I have to apply two slips.
