England vs Pakistan: The host England team registered a brilliant comeback with a comprehensive 45-run victory over Pakistan in the second T20I. England have now drawn level the three-match T20I series after Pakistan registered an amazing 31-run win in the first T20I match.

After a smashing century in the first T20I, England’s Liam Livingstone once again showed his power-hitting capabilities in the second T20I. Livingstone smacked Pakistan fast bowler Haris Rauf for a gigantic 121.96 M six that landed outside at the Headingley ground. England Cricket took to Twitter posting the video of the monstrous hit and even tagged it as the biggest six ever in the cricketing history.

England vs Pakistan

After losing the toss and being asked to bat first, England posted a massive total of 200 runs in 19.5 overs as opener Jos Buttler top-scored with 59 runs off 39 balls on his return to the T20I side. The duo of Moeen Ali and Liam Livingstone also contributed with impressive cameos each. Livingstone smashed 38 runs off 23 balls while Moeen hammered 36 runs off only 16 balls. For Pakistan, Mohammad Hasnain picked up three wickets while Haris Rauf and Imad Wasim finished with two scalps apiece.

In reply, Pakistan once again got off to an excellent start as openers, Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan added a fine half-century partnership for the first wicket. However, the England spin trio of Adil Rashid, Moeen Ali and Matt Parkinson then turned the match on its head picking up key wickets in quick time as the visitors succumbed from 50 for no loss to 105/6. None of the Pakistani middle-order batsmen got going as the English bowlers dominated the proceedings. Pakistan were restricted to 155 for 9 in their 20 overs. For England, Saqib Mahmood picked up three wickets. The spin duo of Moeen and Rashid finished with two wickets each.

The final ENG vs PAK T20I will take place on 20 July in Manchester.
