PAK Playing 11: After being blanked in the ODIs 3-0, Pakistan registered its first win on the tour defeating England by a significant margin of 31 runs. The visitors will now face England in the second T20I of the series with an eye to wrap up the series. Pakistan had many positives in the last game. Their batting went exactly the way they would have wanted. The bowlers then did a decent job to derail England’s chase despite Livingstone’s heroics. This gives them a great chance to win a T20I series on English soil. England leads the head-to-head record over Pakistan in T20Is 12-6.
Team News
Fast bowler Hasan Ali was rested for the first T20I due to leg strain that he picked up during training prior to the match. He is likely to be rested given his replacement Hasnain had a brilliant outing in the last match.
