Virat Kohli Chamiya comment ENG vs IND Test: The Edgbaston cricket ground in Birmingham is currently hosting one of the most exciting encounters as England takes on India in the fifth and final rescheduled Test match. This is the deciding game of the five-match Test series where the visitors have a lead of 2-1 and they had to leave the final Test match in 2021 following a Covid-19 outbreak in their camp.
ENG vs IND Test: Twitter blasts Virender Sehwag for Virat Kohli Chamiya Comment – WATCH
Even after stepping down as the Indian captain across formats and not in the best of forms with the bat, Virat Kohli is always in the limelight for his behaviour and discipline both on and off the field. After Indian pacer Mohammed Siraj dismissed English wicket-keeper Sam Billings in the first innings, Virat was seen doing a happy dance while celebrating with his teammates. However, former Indian opener Virender Sehwag came up with a pretty hilarious reaction in the commentary box on the former India skipper’s reaction on the field. Sehwag made a comment on the mic, saying “Chamiya naach rahi hai waha.”
Sehwag’s funny remark did not go well on the social media as he faced a huge flak from the troll army on Twitter. Here are some of the reactions on Twitter over Virender Sehwag’s “Chamiya” comment on Virat Kohli:

Sehwag used a slur that’s offensive. It’s not about who he said it to, it’s that the word he used is derogatory to a community that deserves just as much respect and fair treatment in society as any Kohli does. See the bigger picture and don’t protect him because he’s a legend https://t.co/bauvXiLE58
