ENG vs IND: Dressing Room Fight? Mohammad Siraj grabs Kuldeep Yadav by the neck – WATCH

In a very bizarre incident that happened after the first day of India vs England first Test, pace bowler Mohammad Siraj was seen grabbing spin bowler Kuldeep Yadav by his neck. It seemed as if both players were having a fight.

The incident happened after the end of the first day. The players were returning to the dressing room and Mohammad Siraj was standing at the door.

In the video that has gone viral on social media, Kuldeep Yadav, who wasn’t part of India’s playing XI was walking towards the door. However, Siraj standing there, grabbed Kuldeep by his neck.

It is unclear what happened after this as there is no video coverage of the further events.

England dominate on flat track as Root closes on 200

Meanwhile, visitors England have made the most of the flat track at Chennai and are looking set for a mammoth first innings total. They finished at 263 for 3 wickets after the end of the first day. The duo of Root and Stokes started solidly on day 2 and batted the entire first session without losing any wicket.

At lunch on day 2, England have made 355 runs. Root is playing 156 runs and is looking good for yet another double hundred. Southpaw Ben Stokes is giving him able company and is batting on 63 runs off 98 balls.

India’s spin trio of R Ashwin, S Nadeem, and Washington Sundar have failed to make an impact while Ishant Sharma hasn’t troubled the batsmen enough to claim a wicket. J Bumrah remains India’s best bowler in this first IND vs ENG Test so far as he has picked 2 wickets.
