Ravindra Jadeja IPL 2022 CSK vs MI: In a big breaking news development, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) star all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja will not be available for the rest of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2022) season due to a rib injury. Things have not panned out in an ideal manner for Jadeja this year as under his leadership, Chennai Super Kings witnessed just 2 wins out of their 8 matches and then he relinquished the captaincy duties back to MS Dhoni mid-season. CSK now first need to win all of their remaining three matches and then hope that some other results also go their way in order to have a chance at IPL 2022 playoffs qualification.

“He has an injury on his rib which he sustained during our match against Royal Challengers Bangalore (on May 04). We have only two games left and given his heavy international commitments, we thought he should not risk further injury,” said Kasi Viswanathan, the CEO of Chennai Super Kings.
“He was feeling pain while bowling and batting. So we thought that it would be wise to let him rest. We have informed the BCCI as well,” he added.
