Barbados Tridents have received a boost ahead of tonight CPL T20 fixture against Jamaica Tallawahs. Nottinghamshire bowler, who turned out in Vitality Blast semi-final, Harry Gurney has joined Barbados Tridents for the remainder of their CPL 2019 campaign.
The 32-year-old left-arm fast bowler has made a reputation for himself in the shortest format of the game. After a stellar Vitality Blast 2019 campaign where he took 22 wickets in 12 games, Gurney would be looking forward to the Caribbean Premier League stint. Gurney has appeared for England in ten ODIs and two T20Is.
Barbados Tridents are up against Jamaica Tallawahs at home in Bridgetown on Tuesday.
