“Yeh woh seat hai jaha, legend [Dhoni] baithte they”: Chahal on latest episode of Chahal TV

The Indian leading wrist spinner Yuzvendra Chahal is one character in the dressing room with whom everybody will like to hang out. The leg spinner has started a culture in the Indian team with a TV named Chahal TV in which he interviews the star player of the game.

I declined MS Dhoni’s request twice: Yuzvendra Chahal

Almost all the Indian players from the current lot have made an appearance in the Chahal TV but the ace former Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni hasn’t made an appearance even once in the Chahal TV. Yuzvendra Chahal has made a shocking statement that it was him who declined the world cup winning Captain’s request to appear on his TV.

There is this one player who has never been on Chahal TV. He wanted to come a couple of times, and had even requested me a few times. But I said, ‘not now’.

The energetic Chahal also turned emotional by pointing out to the Dhoni’s routine corner seat in the team bus and said that the corner seat which was owned by Dhoni is still vacant and no one sits there as a mark of respect for the former Captain.
