The Big Cricket League 2024 starts on 12 December 2024 in Surat, Gujarat. This exciting inaugural edition will feature six teams competing in a total of 18 matches. The participating teams are MP Tigers, Mumbai Marines, Northern Challengers, Rajasthan Regals, Southern Spartans, and UP Brij Stars.

Each team has assembled a squad of up to 18 players, including six former international cricketers, six ex-Indian first-class players, and 10 local rising stars. The tournament will follow a round-robin format, with each team playing against the other five teams once. The top four teams in the standings will progress to the semi-finals, with the winners of both semi-finals facing off in the final on December 22.

The matches will be held at the Lalbhai Contractor Stadium in Surat, and fans can look forward to seeing cricket legends like Shikhar Dhawan, Suresh Raina, Irfan Pathan, Yusuf Pathan, Tillakaratne Dilshan, Dwayne Smith, Lendl Simmons, Imran Tahir, Hamilton Masakadza, and Fidel Edwards in action.
