NZ Playing 11: New Zealand’s tour of Bangladesh is ready to start as both sides get ready to face off in the first T20I at Shere Bangla National Stadium, Dhaka. NZ last played a T20I way back in April. They defeated Bangladesh comprehensively at home but it will be a totally different ball game here. The conditions are expected to be slow and turning and the hosts have all the resources to make best use of it. In the head-to-head record, both teams have played 10 T20Is in which NZ leads Bangladesh 10-0.

The Kiwis have a fairly inexperienced team as their several players are missing due to other commitments. Tom Latham will be looking to make a mark here and prove his T20 credentials.
