Finch crucial for Australia during Warner’s absence

Finch will play a crucial role for the Australian team for the Test series against India as the team is playing without senior players Steve Smith and David Warner.

The opening batsman has experience of only 2 Tests but is known for his solid batting in white ball cricket. The team management has roped him in the Test squad to fill in the void created by Warner’s absence. Finch is known for his aggressive batting and is capable of producing crucial knocks during crunch moments.

He has scored 181 runs in four innings and averages 45.25.
