Rahul Dravid Covid Positive: In a massive breaking news development, Team India’s head coach Rahul Dravid has tested positive for COVID-19 ahead of the start of Asia Cup 2022. The Men in Blue will be starting their preparations for the all-important ICC T20 World Cup 2022 with the Asia Cup tournament that will be played in the T20 format of the game. India is scheduled to lock horns with arch-rivals Pakistan in their first game of Asia Cup 2022 on 28 August, 2022 at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai.

According to some relevant reports, India’s head coach Rahul Dravid has returned a positive COVID-19 test ahead of the Asia Cup 2022. After being rested for the recently concluded three-match ODI series in Zimbabwe, Dravid was supposed to join the rest of the Indian contingent in Dubai. However, the former Indian captain is now highly doubtful for the upcoming T20 tournament. There is a big possibility that the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) will ask VVS Laxman to assist the national team during Asia Cup 2022 campaign.
