Hacking accounts of celebrities and posting something irrational on their behalf isn’t a new phenomenon on social media. The latest to feel the heat of hackers was India’s opening batsman Shikhar Dhawan.
It seems that the Indian cricketer’s Twitter account was hacked as Dhawan himself admitted it but the interesting thing to note was that Dhawan asked everyone to ignore any messages sent from his account. And guess what, an Afghanistan cricketer revealed that he did receive a message from Dhawan.

Dhawan posted a tweet in which he asked everyone to ignore any messages received from him as the security of his account was compromised.
To this, Afghanistan’s star cricketer Rashid Khan replied that, yes he had received a message from Dhawan but now he is saved.
However, the leg-spinner didn’t say anything about the message he had received on Twitter from Dhawan’s account.

Shikhar Dhawan is one of the several Indian cricketers who are highly active on social media. Ahead of the match against Pakistan, the Indian opener had posted a message on his Instagram profile with aĀ picture of Hasan Ali.

Dhawan frequently posts videos of his training sessions and his candid pictures on social networking sites.

India to take on Afghanistan on September 25
With a clinical win against Pakistan, India has reached the finals of the Asia Cup. The men in blue will now lock horns against Afghanistan on September 25. Afghanistan have lost both their matches in super four so they are already out of the tournament.
India will meet the winner of the match between Bangladesh and Pakistan in the finals which will be played on September 28.
