AB de Villiers comeback on the cards
AB de Villiers who has amassed nearly 18,000 runs in international cricket across the three formats of the game looked in a smashing form while playing for the Royal Challengers Bangalore (IPL) in this year’s IPL matches which further sparked the rumours of a possible return to international cricket especially for the T20 World Cup scheduled to be held later this year. Now, Cricket South Africa (CSA) Director Graeme Smith has given a massive hint about de Villiers’ return to the national team for the upcoming tour to West Indies.
Smith is very much hopeful that the likes of AB de Villiers, Chris Morris and Imran Tahir will be part of South Africa’s T20I squad for the five-match T20I series in West Indies possibly in June.
