3. Sam Curran
All-rounders are always in high demand in T20 Leagues, and Sam Curran is no different. He opted to sit out in the last edition but is expected to return to Chennai Super Kings this season as MS Dhoni has been quite vocal in expressing his desire to have Sam by his side. Sam Curran’s homecoming to CSK is something which won’t come as a surprise.
4. Jason Holder
Jason Holder is another all-rounder who could be on many teams’ radars at the IPL auction 2023. Holder played for the newbies Lucknow Super Giants in the last season but didn’t live up to the expectations. He was then dropped subsequently ahead of the auctions this year. With all-rounders always in demand, Holder is expected to be a utility pick for whichever team he goes to.
5. Nicholas Pooran
Former West Indies skipper Nicholas Pooran put Abu Dhabi T10 ablaze recently where he finished as the leading run-getter in the tournament. Pooran’s inconsistency is the major flaw in his game, and he has been inconsistent in the IPL as well. However, after a successful campaign at the Abu Dhabi T10 League, expect franchise to place heavy bid on the dashing left-hander.
