RCB is one of the underachieved teams of the Indian Premier League (IPL). Contrastingly they are also one of the most followed teams in the competition. For years they’ve had strong squads especially world class batting lineups but have failed to get the hands on the prestigious trophy.
But year after year their loyal fans back them through thick and thin even after putting up below par performances. But this has also led to the rest of the teams and their fans trolling them and their fans mercilessly.

Here we bring you 10 things that every RCB fan has experienced.
1. Hope
Great…but win the trophy !
— Vijay Mallya (@TheVijayMallya) February 15, 2020
Every year for RCB fans starts with huge hope of their franchise finally lifting the trophy. And every year they’ve their own reasons to believe so. You can’t argue with that because they have probably the best modern day batsman’s playing together for them in the form of Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers.
They even had the likes of Chris Gayle and Mitchel Starc playing for them. So it was quite obvious that they dreamt so.
2. Entertainment
Even though the team hasn’t been able to bring home the trophy, they’ve never failed to entertain their fans. The likes of Gayle, ABD and Virat have given them performances that they could relive for years.

3. Gayle storm
No fans in the world has experienced the best of Gayle storm as the RCB fans. Chris Gayle was at his absolute best when he used to play for RCB. It’s something every RCB would love to relive even now.

4. Kohli-ABD Masterclass
When two of the world’s best modern day batsmen play for the same franchise you know you are in for some masterclass performances.
ABD and Virat had some glorious partnerships over the years which still give goosebumps to the RCB fans.
5. Intense Calculations
If you are a die hard RCB fan, then I bet you are good at math too. Wonder why?
Each and every year RCB fans indulge themselves in intense calculations at the closing end of the group stage to look for all possible and even the slightest and rarest of chances that they have for entering the semis.

A tagline that was intended to be used as team motto has turned out to be a disaster for RCB fans. ” Ee Sala Cup Namde ” means ‘this year the cup is ours” in Kannada. But since the usage of this slogan RCB has never reached the semis. And this has now turned into slogan that RCB haters use to troll RCB fans.

7. The ’49’
RCB has the unique record of scoring the highest as well as the lowest score in the history of IPL. In the 10th edition of the tournament Gautam Gambhir led Kolkata Knight Riders ran through the RCB batting order courtesy of the KKR fast bowlers which included the likes of Nathan Coulter Nile, Chris Woakes, Umesh Yadhav and Colin de Grandhomme. Fans of other teams and especially KKR use this match as a weapon to troll RCB even now.

8. Worst bowling lineup
For years RCB have had the weakest bowling attacks of each season. Much of the blame for which should be given to the extremely batting friendly Chinnaswamy stadium, which had led it to being called the graveyard for bowlers. Except for Yuzvendra Chahal nobody has really been able to perform well at this ground. RCB even purchased the full quota of KKR bowlers who bowled them out for 49, after the 10th edition, only to increase their career economy.

9. Disappointment
After all those hope, hype and entertainment what usually RCB fans are left with each other are trolls against them and utter disappointment.

10. Trolls over copied logo
RCB’s new logo has become latest of the hundreds of reasons to troll RCB. People believe RCB has copied their new logo from the Premier league club Chelsea’s logo. Some even troll them saying that their new logo reminds them of Jasprit Bumrah’s bowling action.
