PAK Playing 11: Pakistan will face West Indies in the second T20I of the series here at Providence Stadium, Guyana. With the first match abandoned due to rain, this now remains a 3-match T20I series. Pakistan are coming off a series loss to England and they need a win here to get their confidence back. They were good in the first T20I restricting West Indies to just 85 in 9 overs. Pakistan leads the head-to-head record in T20Is over West Indies by a big margin of 11-3. But they are likely to face a tough competition from a strong WI side to further boost this record.
Team News
- Azam Khan has sustained a head injury during training and will be out for second and third T20Is. He is likely to be replaced by Sohaib Maqsood.

Pakistan relies heavily on Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan to get them to a good start. If they get a good start, they can put Pakistan in a commanding position. The focus will be on middle order which has been their biggest concern. Azam Khan’s injury means another chance for Sohaib Maqsood to stake a claim for his spot. Bowlers were impressive in the first match against a powerful Windies batting line-up. Hasan Ali will lead the bowling attack as he has carried his good form from England.
