Indian cricketer Rohit Sharma has revealed the name of his newborn daughter and has also shared a picture of his family on the social media. The picture includes Rohit, his wife, and their newborn daughter.
Rohit reveals the name of his daughter
Ritika Sharma, Rohit’s wife gave birth to a baby girl in the last week. The Indian batsman then returned back to India to stay with his family for this joyful moment and didn’t participate in the fourth Test.
In his latest Twitter post, Rohit shared a picture of his wife and his daughter and also revealed her name.
‘I spent last night On the last flight to you. Took a whole day up Trying to get way up Baby Samaira. This video never fails to give me goosebumps’, Rohit said in his tweet.

Rohit to join Team India on January 8
The Indian batsman will arrive to Australia to participate in the ODI series against Australia. According to BCCI, Rohit will be back on January 08 while the ODI series starts from January 12. India will play three ODIs against Australia.
Rohit was part of India’s squad for the Test series against Australia and played in the first and the third Test. He scored a crucial fifty in the third Test to cement his position in India’s Test team.

Meanwhile, at Sydney, Team India has maintained a firm grip on the fourth Test. India dismantled Australia for just 300 runs in the first innings and has asked the home team to follow-on.
