ENG vs IND Live: Twitter Goes Berserk as Ravi Ashwin is again out of India Playing 11 for 4th Test

Ravichandran Ashwin has been a terrific player across all the formats, but has been limited to only the test squad in recent years. Early in his career, he got a break in the Indian team after taking consistent wickets for the Chennai Super Kings in the IPL. After foraying into the limited-overs team in 2010, he soon got an entry to the Indian test team in 2011. Since then, he has been a regular member of the test team in the home as well as overseas series.

Ashwin has scalped 413 Wickets in Tests and has been quite handy with 5 centuries to his name as well. But the spinner has not been able to find place in the Playing XI in the current test series against England.

Umesh Yadav replaces Ishant Sharma, Shardul Thakur back in Playing 11

The Vidarbha fast bowler Umesh Yadav has finally made it to the 11 of the Indian test team. Another pacer, Shardul Thakur who has been impressive in the test format this year, has returned to the Playing 11 after recovering from the injury.
