SL vs SA Dream11 Fantasy Team
- Quinton de Kock and Faf du Plessis are the hardest hitting batsmen in the South African lineup. Both are also the top batsmen from South Africa in the ODI rankings, coming in at fourth and fifth respectively. They should be expected to hit high scores in the World Cup especially against Sri Lanka where Quinton de Kick topped the leaderboard with 353 runs in total.
- Hashim Amla is a vulnerable pick. He hasn’t been in form for the past couple of matches and hopefully, he can return back into form before the official games begin.
- If Lungi Ngidi is able to recover in time before the game, he could pose a serious threat to the Sri Lankans. He grabbed 8 wickets from 5 matches in the series against Sri Lankans.
- Angelo Mathews is the most skilled and experienced batsmen and has just returned to the lineup. He maintained an average of 52.5 all throughout 2018 and an average strike rate of 75.36. He also is the leading run scorer for Sri Lanka.
- Malinga is the current Sri Lankan lineup’s star player. He is one of the most prominent ODI bowlers and has a total of 322 wickets from 218 matches so far in his career.
- The middle order, powered by Karunaratne and Mendis looked very stable in the series against Scotland. Both the players scored half-centuries in the second match against Scotland.
