BOS vs IND Dream11 MATCH PREVIEW:
Boston Celtics will be looking to make it two out of two when they host Indiana Pacers in the 2nd match of the first round playoff match at TD Garden, in Boston, Massachusetts, on Thursday morning (IST).
Marcus Morris reined in the second half and saved Boston Celtics from the ignominy of losing the first game of the series in front of their own fans.
Morris connected 3 of 4 field attempts, including two 3 pointers to help erase an 8-point first half deficit. He finished the match with 20 points from the bench with Kyrie Irving (20 points, 7 assists and 5 rebounds) the only other player in the match to touch the 20 points mark.
In fact, Pacers led by as many as 11 points in the first half before Celtics started the second half with a 22-3 run, extending their lead to 60-48. It’s hard to pierce through the performance of both the teams but Celtics were certainly helped by the opponents’ incapacity on a particular day.
The Green won the match 84-74 and took a 1-0 lead in the series.

The visitors didn’t get their first field goal of the second half until Cory Joseph ended the barren run with a layup shot with 3:38 left in the third. Pacers could muster just 8 points in the 3rd quarter.
Indiana finished the fourth quarter with 21 points and ended the 2nd half with a season-worst 29 points in the second half.
Corey Joseph scored a team-high 14 points, while Bojan Bogdanovic ended with 12 points.
There was not much positive to take from the match even for the Celtics who committed 10 turnovers in the first half which led to 11 Pacers points.

Both teams were throughout the match and shot less than 40 percent from the field.
The Greens shot just 36 percent and committed 20 turnovers, while Indiana hit 33 percent and had 13 turnovers.
The second game of the series will be played in Boston.
Regular Season Record-
Boston Celtics: W-49, L-33
Indiana Pacers: W-48, L-34
Players to watch out for:
Boston Celtics:
Kyrie Irving –The 2016 NBA champion Missed the entire playoffs last season as Boston Celtics were undone by Cleveland Cavaliers in the Eastern Conference finals. But he is healthy and going strong. The Greens are one of the favorites for the glory and Irving of the biggest reasons behind that opinion. The 2016 NBA champion is racking up 23.9 points per game this season.
Jayson Tatum – One for the future but an indispensable part of Boston Celtics’ current roster. From scoring points to provide assists to his teammates, the 21-year-old does everything on the court. He is averaging 15.9 points per game.
Indiana Pacers:
Bojan Bogdanovic – With Victor Oladipo out with injury, somebody had to stand up and take the mantle. Luckily for Pacers, Bojan Bogdanovic is having one of the best seasons of his professional career. The 29-year-old is averaging 18.3 points per game, while he has scored at 20.7 points per game in the last 10 matches.
Domantas Sabonis – Scored 15 points in the last match against the Pistons. He normally features from the bench but more often than not has a good impact on the game. He almost single-handedly beat Oklahoma City Thunder just a few weeks ago. The 22-year-old is averaging 14.1 points per game.
